1. Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited.

2. Trek leader's decision will be final and binding.

3. If you have any medical conditions, you need to inform us.

4. Avoid expensive ornaments and not be responsible.

5. There will be delays in the event wind up in case any below situations will arises

- Rescue

- Technical problem

- Change in the climatic conditions

- Traffic

6. Trekking is an adventure game. If you are injured or have an accident during this period, you are responsible for yourself. Organizers will not be responsible for this.

7. The paid fees are not refundable if there is any disruption in the running event due to unexpected government restrictions or changes in the weather.

8. This is day hiking event under the program #fitindia

9.5% GST is applicable

Things to carry

• Bag packsack 

• Shoes

• 2-3liters Water bottle 

• Personal Medicine 

• Sun Glasses 

• Cap  

• Extra pair of clothes (T-shirt and track pants)

• Sun coat or jacket

• Dry snack like laddu, chivada, cake. Bag packsack

Cancellation Policy

• Before the event, 8 Days, a refund of 90% of the event cost and 10% admin and processing charges will be deducted.

• Before the event, 5-3 Days, the refund of 50% of the event cost and 10% admin and processing charges will be deducted.

• No refund if cancelled within 2 days before the event or on the same day.

• If any cancellation fee will not be transfer to next any trek / event.

Kindly respect the policies, do not make arguments for refunds.

Terms And Conditions

The event can be postponed or cancelled due to the below reasons :

1. Bad weather, unsafe climatic conditions, breakdown of mode of transportation, 2.equipment breakages or any other or extraordinary circumstances out of our control.

3.In such cases, the paid amount will be applicable for the next batch of the same event or will refund.

4.Trek bookings are non-transferable. Substitution of participants is not permitted under any circumstances.
